TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using this website to book one of our services you agree to comply to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, you should exit now.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After booking a service online you will have reserved a spot for that date and time. You will receive a booking confirmation, as well as a notification when our team is on the way and other status updates regarding your booking.
CREW
We normally always work with solo professionals. Occasionally more staff may be needed due to the complexity of work or busy schedule. We do our best to limit the rotation of professionals working on your property, while still providing the highest quality service and sufficient cross-training to our employees. Our employees are professionally trained and have been rigorously background screened & drug tested before working with us. You can rest assured that all our staff is held accountable to our high standards. We are proud of the integrity, sincerity, and transparency our employees demonstrate every day.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter, inaccessible locations, and similar. Our employees have the choice to leave if they feel unsafe/threatened.
PETS
We will gladly work around pets, but we do ask that activity be limited for efficiency & safety reasons. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our employees from your home.
Pets may behave differently if a family member is not present. Therefore, our employees are instructed not to enter a property if they believe an animal, is a threat. If the removal of our professional is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Service reliability is extremely important because we reserve a time, especially for you. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
UNREACHABLE AREAS AND HEAVY ITEMS
For safety and liability reasons our employees cannot move objects more than 35 pounds. If you would like us to access behind heavy objects, please move them prior to the service.
ARRIVAL WINDOW
We schedule our service in an order that requires the least amount of drive time to maintain low prices and avoid trip fees. If you require a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, no times are guaranteed, due to the unpredictable nature of our business and unforeseen circumstances like traffic jams, weather, mechanical problems, etc.
We generally do not run more than 30 minutes early or more than 30 minutes late. If we are running late, we will call you or text you.
HOLIDAYS
Palmdale Septic Installation does not do holiday visits. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.
The following holidays will be observed:
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving (Open Until 12:00 pm)
- Christmas Eve (Open Until 12:00 pm)
- Christmas Day
- Dec 31st (Open Until 12:00 pm)
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We will be closed for business when weather conditions prevent us from offering service.
KEY RELEASE
In the event the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for our professionals to enter the premises, Palmdale Septic Installation will not be held liable for any damages or theft.
NON-SOLICITATION OF Palmdale Septic Installation EMPLOYEES
As our customers, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees to work directly for you. Our professionals are background checked, their references are verified, and they have completed comprehensive training. Significant time, resources, and money are invested in each new employee before we allow them to work on our customers’ property. A $5,000 referral fee will be charged in case you hire one of our employees outside of Palmdale Septic Installation.
GOVERNING LAW
Any claim relating to Palmdale Septic Installation website shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We have made every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful & honest. Hopefully, we have accomplished that, and we would ask you to please let us know if you would like to see any improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need.
Palmdale Septic Installation reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
